DBS Overseas Remit 2016
This project is mainly focused on Information Architecture redesign and the Layout redesign to enhance the usability.
DBS Remit is an important feature in DBS iBanking, however due to the poorly designed old framework, the usability of the feature is bad. We detected the reasons behind the bad experience through testing and online survey, and using these info as a base, we improved the design.
As a result, we got an overwhelming positive result after the new design launched online.
